New Garden Project - Renovation of a Farmhouse

The client asked us to produce all the outdoor furniture and lighting, including doors and windows, using only Corten Steel and brass. This project is a renovation of a farmhouse that was converted into a relaxing Bed and Breakfast. The client chose the warm color of oxidized Corten steel to furnish the outdoors, recognizing that CorTen steel naturally blends in with the surrounding environment of the park.

Before entering the building one notices the 4 benches with planters in Corten finished with wax. The main entrance door, the balcony and the windows have a custom protective grid made with knitted sheets of Corten Steel and a perimeter in Corten profiles. Locking systems and safety latches are included within the frames for a minimal visual impact.
